New York’s Delicacy premium wild-caught Yellowfin Tuna is exquisite and widely used in raw fish dishes, especially sashimi. Yellowfin Tuna is also excellent for grilling and has a mild, meaty flavor, like swordfish. It’s more flavorful than albacore but leaner than bluefin. The meat is bright red in its raw state but, when cooked, turns brown to grayish-tan, firm and moist, with large flakes. Yellowfin Tuna is also served raw as sashimi and in sushi. Each steak has been Individually Vacuum Packed (IVP) and flash frozen (IQF) to maintain all the original freshness. Salmon fillets are Kosher, 100% natural, and no artificial coloring, preservatives, or flavors have been added.
