they make things right for customer
Our first order arrived warm with ice pack completely melted. Not good for a refrigerated, perishable item. It was a FEXEX problem, and fresh2yourdoor promptly replaced the order, sent a tracking number and we were able to retrieve promptly from porch on a 96 degree F day, Product was still cold. My husband was raised eating lox in NYC and he likes this product and would order again. I recommend that this company always send email with tracking info to recipient.

The product and seller are magnificent, there best lox and a model of customer service.
It's the best lox I've had in a long time. Two things stand out. The taste is wonderful, just what lox should taste like. Difficult to separate slices, but I easily worked out a solution that's perfect for me. Second, the sellers are committed to solving problems. I had a FedEx shipping problem twice. Adrian offered every option to satisfy me, including my money back, but he asked me to let him solve the problem first. I did, and he did. Never have experienced such committed customer service. He emailed me daily. I'm now a proud loyal customer

Wonderful flavor, freshness and packaging
It's not a good idea to go cheap on lox, and this product offers high quality, very delicious smoked salmon that is especially great on bagels with cream cheese. Be assured of consistently excellent quality, packaging and shipment.
