This Atlantic Salmon has been farmed in state-of-the-art HACCP-certified plants that allow the production of certified Sashimi Grade fillets, which makes them safe to prepare and eat raw. Sushi-grade fish is caught quickly, bled upon capture, gutted soon after and iced thoroughly.
